Acces to Information

The right of access to information and the re-use of information created, held, managed or controlled by Opatija 21 d.o.o. Opatija is regulated by the Act on the Right of Access to Information (Official Gazette No. 25/2013) and the Act on Amendments to the Act on the Right of Access to Information (Official Gazette No. 85/2015). The Act also prescribes the principles of the right of access and re-use, restrictions and exceptions to the right of access and re-use, as well as the procedure for exercising and protecting the right of access and re-use of information.

Opatija 21 d.o.o. informs the public via its website about the documents and information it holds. Information and documents are publicly available in electronic format and can be accessed without submitting a specific request. The re-use of information from the website is free of charge.Access to all other information, as well as its re-use, is exercised by submitting an oral or written request to Opatija 21 d.o.o., which can be downloaded in electronic format from the company’s website.

The beneficiary of the right to information exercises the right of access to information by submitting an oral or written request to the company:
